Before you enter the online shop here are a few tips to help you successfully complete your shop!
- At any time during your shopping, you may click the "View Basket" or "Go to Checkout" buttons in the top toolbar.
When you exit to the secure checkout to complete your order
you will be asked to select which shipping method you require. All the
relevant information can be found in our section about delivery on the
main browser bar. If you skip to that from the checkout, you won't lose
any of your details - it will still be there when you get back!
Before submitting your order, please ensure all your details
are correct. We may need to contact you if we have a query about your
order.
Please note that pack sizes and prices for all fresh meat products are based on per kilogram unless otherwise stated and only approximate to within 10%. A fully
itemised invoice and statement of your credit card payment will be sent
with your order.
Occasionally we are unable to supply certain items; we usually
try to contact you about this - but if we are unable to talk to you
then we will make a close substitution.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone (0845 456
1768), please feel free - the office is manned between 9.30 and 5.00 on
Monday - Friday and all our staff will be delighted to take your order
and help you with any queries. We also have 24 hour answering machines
to take a message at any time of the day - or you can fax us on 0870 871 1113.
- Where appropriate we have added codes to the end of each
product description in an effort to better aid you with making your
selection;
