recipes - beef with wild mushrooms

750gms casserole steak cut in 1 x 5 cm slices  
25gms porchini - pre-soaked in 250 mls of hot water  
1 tub of Swaddles beef stock  
1 tbs organic shoyu for added colour and depth of flavour  
250 mls red wine

Pre-heat the oven to 150OC. Place all ingredients in a heavy lidded, casserole dish, adding the water that the mushrooms were soaked in. Cook for 2 - 21/2 hrs until the meat is tender. If necessary, heat the dish on the hob, stirring frequently, to reduce the sauce.
